Kevin has 13 years of construction experience with a B.S in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii - Manoa. His daily responsibilities include crew and subcontractor management, daily coordination, layout and grade settings, scheduling, preparing RFI's, estimates, change orders, submitting for NPDES permits, procurement of materials, etc. on a wide variety of projects.
