Who we are:
Established in 1996 by Al Leong, Ka'iwa Construction is a locally owned and operated sitework contractor based out of Kilauea on the Island of Kauai. Our Company has the support and capabilities of completing a wide array of projects from simple domestic water service installation to turn key subdivisions. Ka'iwa can serve as either a Subcontractor as well as a General Contractor for projects based on owner's scope and division of work. With our 30 years of experience in Kauai, we pride ourselves on our reputable standards, transparency, and commitment to quality.
